Referral Agent

Simply refer customers and receive a one-time payment for each qualified referral. 

Are you interested in helping companies find easy and affordable business voice solutions but don’t have the time or resources to be involved in the sales process?  If so, our Referral Agent option is the perfect fit for you.

As a Referral Agent, all you need to do is provide an introduction to the prospective customer, and our Direct Sales team will handle the rest.  You will be compensated with a one-tie payment for every qualified referral you send our way.

Customer Relationship

Customer relationship owned by NGCS.  NGCS is Customer’s sole point of contact following initial introduction.

Partner Role

Partner provides warm introduction for Customer leads to NGCS via email or conference call. NGCS handles the rest.

NGCS Role

NGCS pursues opportunities from start to finish.

Compensation

Partner receives one-time commission payment of 50% qualified MRC billed and collected for month two of new Customer order.

Prerequisite

None.

Channel Sales Agent

Sell voice services to your customers and build a recurring monthly revenue stream.

Are you an IT solutions provider interested in adding telecom solutions and/or a new solutions provider to your portfolio?  If so, our Channel Sales Agent option is the perfect fit for you.

Our Channel Management team will help you every step of the way: from training, opportunity analysis, and proposal preparatation, to project management and implementation. You will receive a monthly commission for clients you connect with us.

Partner strongly encouraged to register for trial account and purchase Agent Demo Kit (if selling Cloud PBX).

Customer Relationship

Customer relationship shared between NGCS and Partner. Partner is Customer’s primary point of contact. NGCS handles billing and support. Customer may contact NGCS directly with questions or to request assistance.

Partner Role

Partner operates under own company name/brand and receives NGCS assistance to sell solutions to Customers.

NGCS Role

NGCS provides sales/support assistance.

Compensation

Partner receives monthly residual commission on qualified MRC plus one-time commission on qualified NRC. Commission percentage commensurate with experience and level of involvment with Customer.

Prerequisite

Partner must currently sell IT-related services to existing Customer base and/or interested in doing so under own company name/brand.

White Label Partner

Sell voice services under your own brand name and set your own pricing.

Are you a MSP or VAR whose brand and identity are critical to your company’s growth and you want to focuson establishing your own brand in the marketplace?  If so, the White Label Partner option is the perfect fit for you.  

As a White Label Partner, you will be able to deploy a branded portal to present a unified customer experience and you will be able to manage your customers in one easy interface.  You determine your own pricing and manage your customers directly.

 Cost & Committment

Option #1: Month-to-month term w/ $0 MMC. Option #2: 36-month term w/$1,500 MMC.

Partner Role

Partner operates under own company name/brand, receives agreed-upon NGCS assistance, and has access to branded portal to manage Customer accounts. Partner may recruit Subagents (up to 3 levels) to operate under own White Label platform.

NGCS Role

NGCS provides platform training and implementation / sales and support assistance, as needed.

Compensation

Partner pays wholesale pricing (Option #1) or tiered PPU pricing (Option #2).

Prerequisite

Partner must operate under own company name/brand and have ability to manage own customer base, including billing, AR/collections, and technical support.
