NGCS supports most SIP-based hardware, softclients, and WebRTC & RTMP integrations. You may BYOD, purchase new devices or rent devices for use with our voice services.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

  • Auto-provision many SIP-based handsets: Yealink, Polycom, Cisco SPA.
  • Manually provision most other SIP-compliant devices & ATAs: Aastra, Grandstream, snom, Cloud TC.

  • Purchase outright or inquire about our third-party financing options.

Rent devices

  • Minimum 12-month service contract is required for rental option; all rental phones are covered under warranty for the life of the contract with advance replacement available under most circumstances.

Want It All Plan

  • Predictable monthly billing with unlimited* minutes (ask about our AUP)
  • Limited to one (1) call path/channel

Fair Share Plan

  • Unlimited call paths/channels
  • Four tiers in the Fair Share Plan:
    • Bronze 5K
      • Up to 5,000 mins/mo
      • Up to (5) users
    • Silver 10K
      • Up to 10,000 mins/mo
      • Up to (10) users
    • Gold 50K
      • Up to 50,000 mins/mo

Utilize NextGen’s business class SIP Trunking solution to provide dial tone from our platform to your existing native-SIP PBX or to your legacy PBX by easily converting a SIP connection to Analog or PRI via an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) VoIP gateway device.  With our PBX Connector web application, you are able to get started immediately with provisioning your service, and you will be able to manage the service remotely as well.
